Main Characteristics: Spotted Linsang have a body length between 37 and 43 cms (14.5 - 17 inches), a tail length between 30 and 36 cms (12 - 14 inches) and they weigh between 0.6 and 1.2 kgs (1.25 - 3 lbs).
They are brown/grey in colour with black spots and a ringed tail.
Habitat: Spotted Linsang inhabit the forests of east to southern Asia. They are solitary, nocturnal and arboreal.
Diet: Spotted Linsang mainly feed on rodents, snakes, frogs and carrion.
Breeding: Spotted Linsang produce a litter of 2 - 3 young.
